ADM automation & instrumentation division is a process controls engineering department specialized in applying advanced solutions and providing process controls engineering services to its clients. This begins with complete understanding of the client company's situation, objectives, and constraints. We then develop an automation package for the client defining all our mutual objectives. Our consultancy team offers the client company a way to harness our specific qualities and use our expertise to develop and/or implement automation and instrumentation solutions leading to improve product quality, increase product yield; thus reduce cost of goods sold.

Consultancy and Implementation
Engineering development is completed under a standard development methodology and internal quality reviews are completed regularly. For each project, ADM designates lead engineers to act as a project manager and a technical lead. This leadership team is responsible for project coordination, project success and client satisfaction. The goal of each team leader as well as the entire ADM team is to successfully exceed clients' expectations.

SCADA Specialists
ADM has completed major projects in the implementation of SCADA, maintains, and controls systems involving thousand of I/Os and a variety of manufacturer's hardware and software. Our scope has typically included the conceptual design, detailed engineering, procurement, PLC and HMI programming and development, data management, reconciliation and reporting, networking, drawings and documentation, and installation supervision. Our working knowledge of hardware and software products, along with expertise in current techniques associated with PC- based automation and monitoring, is unsurpassed.

Water and Wastewater
Our engineering professionals have played key role in ensuring a reliable water supply. Our projects have included developing and installing process controls systems for major pumping stations (water and sewerage) as well as development of sewerage and water treatment plants. ADM is well versed in the many types of automation and instrumentation implementations and designs of all sized for pumping stations from small installations serving a simple property to large multi-sump stations, with particular expertise in the design of submersible pumping stations appropriate to small and medium sized developments.

Karahleh Water Transmission Line / Lat Water-Syria

ADM Electric has completed commissioning of Al-Karahleh Water transmission line in Latikya – Syria. The project consists of 8 pumping stations and 5 reservoirs controlled by a SCADA system using radio communication. ADM scope covered design, detailed engineering, supply and commissioning of the SCADA implementation, radio communication system, PLC system and all related instrumentation.

SCADA and Telemetry system / Beirut Water Authority–Lebanon

ADM Electric got newly awarded a sub-contract covering engineering and supply of automation and control system for Beirut Water Authority. The scope included the supply of 70 high-end Electromagnetic Flow Meters, design and implementation of SCADA software to monitor and control around 200 sites (flow, level, pressure) via RF communication.

Ain-Yaccoub Water Supply Project / Council of Reconstruction and Development-Lebanon

ADM Electric in association with Metcon United is executing a water supply project in North of Lebanon. The project consists of 6 boreholes and their reservoirs. ADM scope covers the design, detailed engineering, supply and commissioning of pump control panel boards, instrumentation and PLC system.
